This program will cover communication within families about their assets and the structure of their estate plans. We will cover the unique planning challenges facing the different generations and how technology will now play a significant role. Also included will be a review of the legal issues surrounding required notices, the rights of beneficiaries and the proper handling of digital assets.

Will offer attendees 3 hours of CE Credit for CLE (1 hour Ethics), CPA, CFP, CTFA and PACE

1:00pm-4:30pm, followed by Cocktails/Hors d'oeuvres from 4:30-5:30pm
