Our meeting will focus on the duties of the Montgomery County, PA Register of Wills & Clerk of Orphans’ Court. Tina Lawson, Esq. Register of Wills/Clerk of Orphans' Court, and First Deputy Tanisha Cowell, Esq.will discuss the inherited issues, resolutions and goals of each area in the office including: Probate, Inheritance tax agent, Provider of Marriage Licenses, and Filing Office for the Clerk of Orphans’ Court. They will also discuss Implementation of best practices and partnerships with the office.
